Marmalade with Brandy

Our marmalades are made with the whole fruit, the peel and pieces of fruit are soft due to the cooking process, this differs from the traditional sugary syrup with strands of hard peel. The addition of a small amount of alcohol really brings out the orange flavour. This marmalade will mellow if left unopened and will go dark with age; this has been proved at 8 years old and was very nice.
