Our Honey is supplied by various beekepers from around our area. We use Honey in our sticky Rib Sauce, and have been requsted to supply a good quality Honey from many of our customers.

The whole Orang is used in our marmalades. The peel is soaked to make soft, then cooked, with the sugar and pectin. A real Orange flavour.

Dark Balsamic Vinegar
Our Balsamic Vinegar is produced at Loggia in Tuscany (Italy) by a long-established producer of quality Balsamic Vinegar and other traditional wood-aged vinegars. Balsamic Vinegar follows traditional methods of blending quality wine vinegar with concentrated cooked grape must (juice) which itself has had 1 quid of 10 year old balsamic added-the combination of which adds to both its characteristics natural sweetness and special aromatic qualities.

White Balsamic Vinegar
Our Balsamic Vinegar is produced at Loggia in Tuscany (Italy) by a long-established producer of quality Balsamic Vinegar and other traditional wood-aged vinegars. White Balsamic Vinegar follows traditional methods of blending a quality white wine vinegar that has been aged for four months in wooden vats with grape must (juice)-the combination of which adds both its characteristic natural sweetness and special aromatic qualities.
